I am currently working as a certified ESL teacher at a private school in Wuxi, China. I have also taught Primary School, Middle School, and High school in Suzhou, China. I am now currently a High school Teacher in Wuxi, in the Jiangsu province. I am also tutoring older students who are planning to travel to English-speaking countries. Some of my older students that I am tutoring are preparing to take their entrance exam for various Universities. I also volunteer for our school’s summer camp program. It is something I enjoy doing and at the same time the students learn a great deal about the western culture. I also worked at the SMIC summer camp in Shanghai in July of 2010 and 2011. During the last nine years I have been a volunteer teacher for the iCity charitable organization in Suzhou, China. I also have been doing a lot of volunteer work to promote our School.

Well, goodbye, May, and Hello, June ....... 🦅

Well, goodbye, May, and Hello, June ....... 🦅

The month of June is named after Juno, the Roman Goddess of Marriage (and equivalent to Greek mythology’s Hera and the Celtic region’s ‘ultimate mother’, the Goddess Danu), June is said to be a good month to get married.

Jolting with joy and Sun, June is associated with equally radiant symbols, including the rare and highly valuable semi-precious stone Alexandrite.

This stone varies, depending on the light it is exposed to (i.e. natural daylight, different types of artificial light) in color from yellow and red to green and purple hues, all symbolic of energy, growth, and vitality. Said to draw good fortune, Alexandrite is also a stone to attract & keep love in your life.

Other gems associated with June include:

Moonstone – Opalescent and moon-like in appearance, this stone brims with lunar energy. Connected to dreams and emotions, moonstone is said to relieve depression. This stone’s energy is also believed to be primed for love, protection, and receptivity.

So, May has reached its conclusion, so let us now reflect on June.

I can assure you this month shall bring you laughter, joy, and most certainly excitement. It shall also be a time when the energy integrates toward unity and compassion.

This special month also signifies the end of the first half of the year and when the earth shares its bounty ....... 🦅

Always with love
